SDR Hardware

Schematics shwing data path from frontend and ADC to the Zedboard

Panoradio Hardware Overview

The SDR hardware consists of three main parts. An analog frontend, which provides filtering or amplification and selects the required Nyquist zone. The AD converter samples the RF signal and moves the data to the digital domain. The Zedboard processes the high-speed samples by down conversion, FFT, etc. and takes care of running the operating linux system.
